Separate, encrypted workspaces.

Each connected seller receives a separate workspace. Zorevix never asks for or receives the seller's eBay password; sign-in and consent happen on eBay.

Information we store

We store encrypted eBay authorization tokens, a one-way identifier derived from the immutable eBay user ID, product drafts, source links, listing settings, and eBay publication identifiers needed to provide the service. We avoid storing unnecessary contact details.

How information is used

Connection data is used only to perform actions requested by the seller through eBay APIs. Product data is used to prepare, review, and manage that seller's listing workflow.

Separation and security

Every user has an isolated storage area. Tokens are encrypted at rest, private pages are excluded from search engines, sessions use protected cookies, and state and request-validation controls protect account actions. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Deletion and disconnection

A user can disconnect eBay or permanently delete their Zorevix data from the Connections section. Zorevix also processes verified eBay Marketplace Account Deletion notifications and removes the matching stored workspace.

Third-party services

When authorized, Zorevix communicates with eBay and, when separately configured, AliExpress according to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Retention

Workspace data is retained while the user keeps the service connected or until deletion is requested, except where limited retention is legally required.
